Sensi Smart Thermostat
- Go to your thermostat on the wall.
- Simultaneously press and hold the up-arrow button, down-arrow button, and Fan button.
- The display will flash and reboot.
- Release the buttons once you see the display restart.
Sensi Lite Smart Thermostat
- Go to your thermostat on the wall.
- Press and hold the up-arrow button, down-arrow button, and Menu button (three dots) for at least one second.
- The display will reset and reboot.
Sensi Touch Smart Thermostat
- Go to your thermostat on the wall.
- Tap Menu.
- Select About Thermostat.
- Tap Factory Reset to reset the thermostat.
Sensi Touch 2 Smart Thermostat
- Go to your thermostat on the wall.
- Tap the menu icon.
- Select About Thermostat.
- Tap Factory Reset to complete the reset process.
Sensi Room Sensor
- Locate the physical sensor.
- Remove the plastic piece on the back of the sensor to reveal the battery compartment.
- Press and hold the Reset button for 5 seconds to reset the sensor.
